A. James Casner moved to the Virgin Islands in 1987. He began his practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1984 with the Boston based law firm of Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster concentrating his practice in both real estate and banking, including representation of developers, banks, buyers, sellers, borrowers and title companies. In 1987, he joined the St. Thomas firm of Dudley, Topper and Feuerzeig and became a partner in 1991. He joined Duensing & Casner in 1998 and continues his practice representing clients in all aspects of real estate, financing, development and banking.
